The first and foremost rule is don't be an asshole. We all live in a society, so generally accepted rules apply to gaming communities. This means that scam, attempts to circumvent the rules and cheap sophism will not work. The main points are described below:

  • 1 person — 1 Master Account. With all the consequences.
  • Account selling is prohibited. But you can buy a driving using Guest Access.
  • RMT discussion is prohibited. We don't want to forbid you to manage your personal time and resources, but you must keep it out of the game.
  • GRF edition (Grey World, RCX etc) is acceptable, except players and monsters sprites modifying and Box of Sunlight effect. But if you're planning to post screnshots, make public videos or stream the game, you have to use the clear GRF. The game must be presentable for the viewers.
  • Staff at any time can require you to provide a screenshot or stream in Discord. Refusal or relog will be considered evidence of guilt. No offense.
  • Staff will never ask your password or login information. If anyone who claims to be Staff does this report them immediately.
  • Bypassing a block or other punishment will result in stricter measures.
  • NSFW content is strictly prohibited both in game and in Discord.
  • MvP monsters are FFA. The game is a competition, not a greenhouse for delicate plants. This rule doesn't apply to boss monsters like Mastering, Hunter Fly, Owl Dukes etc.
  • Killstealing is prohibited. Use @noks to avoid it. Mobbers are allowed to safely lure no more than 5 monsters. Each monster over 5 are allowed to attack other players. Everyone needs to level and farm.
  • Lootstealing is allowed. A loot can't be picked up by other players for quite a long time — 30 seconds. If you haven't pick up it during this time, then you do not need it.
  • Using Dead Branches is allowed no closer than 10 cells from another character who is not a member of your group, with exception if he/she approached to you in the process of using.
  • Using Bloody Branches is allowed no closer than 1 screen from another character who is not a member of your group, with exception if he/she approached to you in the process of using. Monsters fom Bloody Branches are FFA.
  • Intentional use of a bug or exploit is prohibited. On the other hand, reporting a bug will be rewarded.
  • Don't spam in the General or Trade chat. This is not your personal bulletin board.
  • Don't insult or provoke other players in the General chat. To clarify the relationship, there is a PM. Use /ex <nickname> to block a character you don't want to chat with.

Note: The list of rules is incomplete and can be supplemented if necessary.

Remember that in any situation, a polite dialogue always solves more than a report, because the resolved conflict will never happen again, and violence always leads to new violence.
