Merchant Class Overview
Merchants are clever traders learning the economic market in all of Rune Midgard. Though not as strong as other classes, their utility skills such as Pushcart to hold loot and Item Appraisal to identify items make them useful companions in battle. Growing up at the Alberta docks, they are learning how their traded materials can be used to create even stronger items the world is yet to see.
Merchants are able to equip most of the game's heavy armor and melee weapons, allowing good defense and decent attack. As such, they are formidable against the strongest monsters.

Blacksmith Class Overview
Blacksmiths have the ability to forge weapons. They can master the power to imbue weapons with elements of Fire, Earth, Wind and Water and also have the ability to increase the weapon damage further. Of course, Blacksmiths can also be based off raw physical power, and even have the highest melee damage among the other 2nd classes. A Battle Blacksmith's main skills revolve around the theme of self-buffing to increase damage.
Note: There are a lot of new Weapons available to forge. Some old crafting recipes have been reworked too. For more details please visit the Forging System page.
