Changes Overview
A lot of Mechanics in RO Enhanced have been reworked to improve gaming quality of life, increase diversity of builds and update some aspects of the gameplay.

The list below covers the general changes to the game mechanics.
HP and SP Recovery
- Natural HP and SP Recovery frequency have been accelerated from 8 to 5 seconds.
- Natural HP Recovery amount increased by 4 times.
- Skills that increase HP and SP Recovery have been improved to recovery HP and SP each 6 seconds instead of 10.
- Weight limit at which HP and SP stop regenerating increased from 50% to 70%.

In RO Enhanced additional skills are able to deal Critical damage.

Monsters Crit ability
Monster and Homunculi can deal Critical damage.
Negative Statuses
Mechanics of some statuses have been changed because it became possible to dial increased values of Stats on a character.
For the most part, these changes will affect PvP and MvP encounters.
Poison status
- No longer reduces Soft Def.
- Decreases MaxHP by 10% and VIT by 10 (but no less than 1).
- Posioned targets lose 1.5% of their MaxHP each second.
- Status immunity with VIT = 120.
- Status zero duration with VIT = 120.
- Targets with Poison element (including characters with Argiope card equiped) can't be Poisoned.
Bleeding status
- Decreases AGI and DEX by 20 (but no less than 1).
- Each use of the skill deals damage to the Bleeding character equal to the amount of [5 * SP] he/she spent.
- Status immunity with VIT = 120.
- Status zero duration with VIT = 120.
LUK vs Negative statuses
- Every 5 points of LUK corresponds to 1 point of any other Stat while calculating status resistances.
Global Skills interaction
Strip and Chemical Protection
- Chemical Protection doesn't prevent Strip status, but decreased Strip status duration by 10 times.
Spirit Buffs
- Soul Linker's Spirit buffs now can't be cancelled by Sage's Dispell.
- Soul Linker's Spirit buffs now can be calcelled with Monk's Absorb Spirits and Taekwon's Flying Kick.
- Duration of all Spirit skills has been increased to [6*SkillLv] minutes.
Steal
- Non-boss monsters' Cards now can be stolen by Thieves.
Flee penalty
- 20% Flee penalty during War of Emperium and on any GvG maps has been removed.
Refinement Bonus
Each level of item refine increases hard Def of Armors, Headgears, Shield, Garments and Footwears by next values:
- Refine level +1 ~ +4: Def +2;
- Refine level +5 ~ +8: Def +4;
- Refine level +9 ~ +10: Def +8.
Refining Materials
Phracon and Emveretarcon are no longer sold by NPC. They can be dropped from Champion monsters on Dynamic Fields with a high chance.
OBB and other Boxes
Two major changes here:
- Item list of OBB, OPB, High Weapon Box and Jewelry Box has been changed to match the realities of the server (new items added, unnecessary ones removed).
- Items from a Box have such Random Options as if they were dropped by a Non-boss monster with level 61+.

- Transcendent classes for Gunslingers, Ninjas, Taekwons and Super Novices.
